Why bilingual talent

Made for French-speaking teams

C1 language level, verified

Every language on a profile is checked by a recorded speaking and writing test, never self-declared. Admission requires C1 in at least one language, and each profile shows the verified level in French and in English, with a short video in each language.

Your time zone, your hours

We focus on talent based within one hour of Paris time (CET±1), so the working day overlaps with Paris, Brussels, Geneva and Luxembourg; for Quebec, the overlap is your morning. Every profile shows its time zone.

Academy-trained

Talents train in our Academy on the tools and methods of their role: cold calling, HubSpot, Zendesk, customer support, SQL, React and more. Each course ends with an exam and a certificate you can check.

Trial period: pay only the days worked

Every platform contract starts with a 14-day trial. End it at any time during the trial and pay only the days worked. After the trial, either side gives 14 days' notice.

Verified languages

Hear them before you hire them

Each language goes through a recorded speaking and writing test, scored on pronunciation, fluency, grammar and vocabulary. The verified CEFR level and a video presentation are on every profile.

How it works

From brief to first working day, on one platform

  1. Describe the role

Write a brief in French or English; AI turns it into a structured role with skills, seniority and budget.

  2. Get a ranked shortlist

Within 48 hours: vetted talents ranked with a plain-language reason for each, with verified language levels and the time zone on every profile.

  3. Interview on the platform

Request interviews with proposed slots, run them and message candidates in the app.

  4. Start with a trial

Hire through the platform (contract, one monthly invoice, talent payouts handled) with a 14-day trial where you pay only the days worked, or hire directly on the Access plan with a one-time placement fee of one month of the talent's rate.

Our commitments

The risk is on our side

Pay only the days worked during the trial

Every platform contract starts with a 14-day trial. End it at any time, without notice: you pay only the days the talent worked.

A shortlist within 48 hours

Every search you start for a role gets at least 3 vetted candidates within 48 hours. If we miss it, we tell you and our team escalates it.

A new shortlist within 48 hours

Not the right fit? End it any time during the 14-day trial and pay only the days worked; "Find someone else" then reopens the role with a new shortlist of 3 vetted candidates within 48 hours.

Languages tested, not self-declared

We test English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic, spoken and written, and every profile shows the verified level (CEFR, A1 to C2).

Vetted before you see them

CV screening, skill tests, language tests and a structured vetting interview, taken in the talent's language: most applicants do not get in.

A role we don't cover? Ready in 72 hours

Tell us what you need: we build the role, its skill tests and its training, then start sourcing. Your 48-hour shortlist starts once the role is live.

Questions

How is the French level checked?
Each language a talent lists goes through a recorded speaking and writing test graded on the CEFR scale (A1 to C2). The level and a short video presentation in that language are on the profile, so you can shortlist people with C1 or C2 in both French and English.
Which hours do talents work?
Yours: each contract sets the working days and hours in your time zone, and the talent sees them in theirs. We focus on talent within one hour of Paris time, so a European working day needs no night shifts; for Quebec, the overlap is your morning.
What does the trial period mean?
Every contract signed on the platform starts with a 14-day trial. Either side can end it at any time during the trial and you are invoiced only for the days worked. After the trial, either side gives 14 days' notice.
Who contracts with the talent?
On the Hire plan, talents work as independent contractors through the platform: you receive one monthly invoice and we pay the talent. On the Access plan you contract and pay the talent yourself, with a one-time placement fee of one month of the talent's rate.
Is everything available in French?
Yes: the platform and the contract documents are available in French, as well as in English, Spanish and Arabic.
What does it cost?
Every new company gets 30 days of the Access plan free, without a card. Plans and fees are listed on the pricing page.
