Two plans, prices in USD, no surprises. Access is billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, paid upfront; Hire is monthly. Every new company gets 30 days of the Access plan free, without a card. You only pay once you subscribe, and this page tells you exactly what for.
Access
Full talent sheets with names and links, interviews and messaging in the platform. You contract and pay the talent yourself. Billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, paid upfront. Each talent you hire directly carries a one-time placement fee of 1 × their monthly rate (minimum $500), due only if they still work for you 3 months after their start date.

What you commit to
Monthly
- Price: $349 per month, paid upfront by card for each month.
- Billing period: 1 month. No commitment beyond the month already paid.
- The subscription renews automatically every month at the price of this option until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time on the billing page: the subscription then does not renew and stays active until the end of the period already paid. A period that has started is not refunded, in whole or in part.
- Switching to a longer billing option applies at once: Paddle credits the unused part of the current period against the new charge. Switching to a shorter option applies at the next renewal.
- Direct hires: each talent you found on the platform and hire directly, in any form, carries a one-time placement fee of 1 × the talent's monthly rate on the platform (minimum $500), invoiced by us and paid by bank transfer, only if the talent still works for you 3 months after the start date: it is invoiced on that day. A hire that you or the talent report as ended before then, with the last day, carries no fee; if you disagree, the fee is held and our team decides. Re-hiring the same talent within 12 months of such an end counts the time already worked. You confirm the hire, or dispute it within 14 days of its declaration. You contract and pay the talent yourself; there is no other fee per hire.

What you commit to

- Per hired talent per month, added to your invoice: one platform fee of 18% of the talent's monthly rate, minimum $250 per talent per month. It covers the contract administration, the talent's payout and monitoring: there is no other per-talent fee. While the talent works through the platform this is the only charge: there is never a placement fee.
- Trial: every contract starts with a 14-day trial. During the trial you can end the contract at any time with no notice and pay only the days the talent worked, with the platform fee and its minimum prorated to those days.
- Shortlist: every search you start for a role gets at least 3 vetted candidates within 48 hours. Not the right fit? End the contract any time during its 14-day trial and pay only the days worked; "Find someone else" then reopens the role with a new shortlist of at least 3 vetted candidates within 48 hours.
- Talent contact details (email, phone, external links, portfolio files and the last name) stay hidden on the Hire plan until the talent works with you through a platform contract; they then unlock for that talent. To hire directly without a platform contract, choose the Access plan.
- Employing a talent directly: after 3 months of work through the platform (internship period included) you can convert the contract for a one-time fee of 3 × the talent's current monthly rate before 6 months of contract, 2 × between 6 and 12 months, and 1 × after 12 months. You request it with a direct-employment offer; the fee is invoiced once the talent accepts it. Once it is paid the platform contract ends and no further fees are due. Before 3 months the conversion is not available.
- Ending a platform contract and then, within 12 months of the contract's end, employing the talent directly without a conversion is a detour with a contractual penalty of 12 months of the talent's rate.
- Talent pay and the platform fee are invoiced by us for the month worked and paid by bank transfer: on day 26 of each month you receive one invoice for that calendar month (from the start date in the first month), due on day 4 of the following month. A contract starting after day 26 is first invoiced with the next month. The days from day 26 to the end of the month are billed as scheduled; changes to them (unpaid days, an early end, a pause) are corrected on the next invoice. Partial months are prorated by calendar days, the platform fee and its minimum included. After a 7-day grace period a late fee of 2% per month applies, and services pause when an invoice is more than 14 days overdue. Talents are paid monthly on the day of the month their contract started.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Active contracts keep billing until each one ends: during the 14-day trial you can end a contract at any time with no notice and pay only the days the talent worked; after it, a two-week notice given on the platform.

- Your card is charged $99 when you subscribe, then on the same day every month. The free month is not charged.

Hire plan: what one talent costs
On top of the $99 per month subscription, each hired talent adds their rate plus one all-in platform fee: 18% of the rate, minimum $250 per month. It covers the contract, the payout and monitoring; there is no other per-talent fee.
Example: one developer at $1,500/month on Hire costs $1,500 + 18% ($270) = $1,770/month

At $1,000/month, 18% would be $180: the minimum of $250 applies, so that talent costs $1,250 per month. Five talents at $1,500/month: $8,949 per month including the subscription. Partial months, the trial included, are prorated by calendar days, the minimum too, and each month is invoiced on day 26 for the month worked.
Access or Hire?
Both plans let you find, interview and hire the same vetted talents. The difference is who employs them and how you pay for it.

Access makes sense when…

Hire makes sense when…
- you want to start fast, without a local entity, contracts or international payroll;
- you want to try before committing: during the trial you can end the contract at any time with no notice and pay only the days the talent worked;
- the engagement is short or uncertain: for a $1,500/month developer, Hire costs $369 a month in fees, against $1,849 for a direct hire on Access (one month of Access plus the placement fee), so Hire costs less for engagements up to 5 months.

Languages tested, not self-declared
We test English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic, spoken and written, and every profile shows the verified level (CEFR, A1 to C2).

CV screening, skill tests, language tests and a structured vetting interview, taken in the talent's language: most applicants do not get in.

The free month
- 30 days of the Access plan, starting the day we verify your company. No card, no checkout.
- One free month per company: it is tied to your company email domain and website. Personal mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook…) get it once per address.
- Hiring through the platform (offers, contracts, payouts, monitoring) is a Hire-plan feature and needs a subscription.
- During the free month talent sheets show everything except contact details: email, phone, external links, portfolio files and the last name unlock when you subscribe. Interviews and messages on the platform work as usual.
- When it ends, access to talent sheets and matches pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
Access: billing options
- Monthly: $349 every month, no commitment beyond the month paid.

Hiring directly
- Access: hire as many talents as you want directly. Each direct hire of a talent found here carries a one-time placement fee of 1 × the talent's monthly rate (minimum $500), due only if the talent still works for you 3 months after the start date. Example: a $1,500/month developer, $1,500 once.
- The hire is declared on the platform with its start date, by you (marking the candidate Hired) or by the talent. The fee is invoiced on the day the hire reaches 3 months and paid by bank transfer. If the talent leaves before then, report the end with the last day: no fee is due. If you and the talent disagree, the fee is held and our team decides. Tell us within 14 days of the declaration if the hire did not happen.
- Re-hiring the same talent within 12 months of an early end counts the time already worked: the fee becomes due once the total reaches 3 months.
- Hire: while a talent works through the platform, the monthly platform fee is the only charge. There is never a placement fee.
- Hire billing is for the month worked, by bank transfer: on day 26 we invoice the current month, due on day 4 of the next month. The first invoice is the one of the start month, from the start date (a start after day 26 is invoiced with the next month). Partial months are prorated by calendar days, the platform fee and its minimum included; unpaid days after day 26 and early ends are corrected on the next invoice. No deposit is asked. Only the subscription is paid by card.
- Hire, employing the talent directly: after 3 months through the platform (internship period included) you can convert the contract for a one-time fee that depends on the contract's age. The platform contract then ends and nothing more is due. Before 3 months the conversion is not available.
- Conversion from 3 to 6 months of contract: 3 × the monthly rate ($4,500 for a $1,500/month talent).
- Conversion from 6 to 12 months of contract: 2 × the monthly rate ($3,000 for a $1,500/month talent).
- Conversion after 12 months of contract: 1 × the monthly rate ($1,500 for a $1,500/month talent).
- Ending a platform contract and then, within 12 months of the contract's end, employing the talent directly without a conversion is a detour with a contractual penalty of 12 months of the talent's rate.
Platform contracts: trial and notice
- Every contract through the platform starts with a 14-day trial: during the trial you can end the contract at any time with no notice and pay only the days the talent worked.
- After the trial, either side gives 14 days' notice on the platform; the last working day is set automatically and the talent is paid to that day.
- Not the right fit? End it any time during the 14-day trial and pay only the days worked; "Find someone else" then reopens the role with a new shortlist of 3 vetted candidates within 48 hours.
- Contracts have a fixed duration (default 6 months) and renew automatically for the same duration unless either side gives notice or turns automatic renewal off; both sides are reminded 14 days before the end.
- Leave and holidays: the talent follows your country's public holidays (paid), has 20 days of paid leave and 4 floating days a year pro rata for their own holidays, and 10 paid sick days (each approved by you and covered by a medical certificate by the next working day). These are billed normally; unpaid days, uncertified sick days and sickness pauses beyond 20 consecutive days are deducted pro rata from your invoice.
What happens when you cancel
- During the free month: there is nothing to cancel. Let it end; nothing is charged.
- Access: cancel any time. Cancelling stops the renewal: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid (one month, three months or a year), and that period is not refunded. Talents you hired directly stay yours; placement fees already due remain due.
- Hire: cancel any time for the end of the current monthly period. Active contracts keep running and billing until each one ends (14-day trial, then 14 days' notice) or is converted; cancelling the subscription does not end them.
- Your roles, pipeline, messages and invoices stay available on a read-only basis after cancellation.
Taxes
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Businesses in the EU and UK with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT (reverse charge). Tax, if any, is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
- Subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record; Paddle's invoice shows any VAT or sales tax for your country.
- EU and UK businesses: enter your VAT number in your billing details. It is prefilled in Paddle's checkout, and our Hire-plan invoices then carry the reverse-charge mention and no VAT; a validated VAT number is required before a Hire contract starts. Without a VAT number, VAT is charged at your country's rate.
- United States: Paddle adds sales tax to subscriptions where it applies. On our Hire-plan invoices, sales tax is added only in states where we are registered to collect it and where these services are taxable.
- On the Hire plan our monthly invoices bundle the talent's rate and the platform fee, paid by bank transfer; the same tax treatment applies to the whole invoice. Placement fees are invoiced the same way.
