How it works

From a link to a placement report

Colleagues can join your institution too: your admins approve each request.

  1. Create your institution

    Sign up as a university, school or bootcamp and add your institution. Our team verifies it; links work once it is verified.

  2. Share a link per cohort

    Create links such as “Class of 2026” and share them with students and graduates. Each link counts its signups.

  3. Students join with consent

    The link page tells students exactly what you will and will never see before they create their profile.

  4. Follow progress and placements

    See each student's stage and employer on your dashboard, filter by cohort and export the list as CSV.

Free for students

Students never pay to use the platform, and the platform fee is never taken from their pay.

The same vetting as everyone

Skill tests, recorded language tests in English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic with a verified CEFR level, and an AI interview on camera.

Free Academy courses

Levelled courses on the tools and skills of their role, including business English, with an exam and a certificate companies can check.

Remote jobs with companies abroad

Vetted profiles are matched to the needs of companies in Europe and the US, which request interviews on the platform.

Contract and pay handled

On the Hire plan we sign the contract with the talent and pay them every month by bank transfer.

A verified profile they keep

Their verified skills, languages and video presentations stay on their profile, and they can unlink from your institution at any time.

Every student sees this list on your link page before signing up.

What your institution sees

  • Full name, cohort and signup date
  • Where they are in the process: profile, screening, assessments, vetting, vetted
  • The role they are aiming for
  • Where they work once hired: company name, position, country, start and end dates, and whether it is a platform contract or a direct hire

What it never sees

  • Test or screening scores, tier or interview results
  • Salary or rate
  • CV, email, phone number or portfolio
  • Work-style results

Students can unlink at any time from their profile, and export or delete their data from their privacy settings.

Questions institutions ask

Does it cost anything?
No. Joining as a partner institution is free, and so is the platform for your students.
Who can join as an institution?
Universities, schools and bootcamps. Our team verifies each institution before its links start working.
Can colleagues use the same account?
Yes. Colleagues sign up with your institution code and your institution's admins approve each request. Admins manage links, members and settings.
What exactly do we see about a student?
Their name, cohort, signup date, stage in the process, target role and, once hired, the employer, position, country and dates. Never scores, tier, interview results, salary, CV or contact details.
Can a student stop sharing?
Yes. A student can unlink from your institution at any time from their profile; you then stop seeing them.
Can students who already have a profile link to us?
Yes: a student who already has a profile enters your institution code on their profile to link it, with the same consent as a new signup.
How is the data protected?
Students' rows are not readable by institutions directly; the platform loads only the fields listed above after checking your membership. Students can export or delete their data from their privacy settings, as the GDPR provides.
